Unfortunately, there is currently no option to validate the phone number and any character can be entered into the phone number field in the booking form.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

You can enter characters in the phone field but upon submitting the form, the phone number field will be validated and the error will pop up if unsupported characters were entered.

The thing about the numbers is that it is really difficult to check if the number is valid and if the customer wants to enter the wrong number, he will.
