As admin for the WP site I installed Amelia and created myself as employee. I have 60+ appointments registered and want to allow another person acces to the calendar etc. So I made her 'Amelia manager'. She does not see the appointments! What is wrong?!
I just want to make sure I understand your query. She does not see the appointments from the back-end?
Can you please provide me with the email of that user with the "Amelia Manager" role and please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

The problem indeed is that she apparently is Amelia Manager but does not see my appointments in the plugin (we don't need a separate interface)

I just performed checks from the back-end and I have seen that there is a conflict of roles for the user with this email: [email protected].
There is also a customer with this email who is tied to the WordPress user with Amelia Manager role and that could cause the conflict.
Can you please delete the above-mentioned customer, test it out, and provide us with an update if it is working?
