I am happy with my new Pro version and the possibility of offering packages of my services for my clients.
However, I now needed to manually book some appointments for customers, who when purchasing the package were only booking some appointments of the full package. Therefore I needed to find the purchased package of the specific client (which was not easy in the first place!! I eventually found it under "Services" ) but then the struggle was even bigger, because I needed to know for each client which kind of package he bought (I have 7 different services to offer!) but this is not enough, I also need to enter which date of purchase!!
Sorry, but maybe I am not using the search correctly, or there is a much much easier way to find the purchased packages of clients. Because it is impossible to know from all clients which kind of package and also when they bought it... and to look this information up all the time is very very cumbersome.
The only way to find the purchased packages is through the Amelia/Services/Package. You click on "Purchased Packages" and on the next screen pick a date range, which shows you when the package has been purchased. When you find the package you want to book an appointment for, click on it, and you'll see something like this:
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Ok thanks for clarifying. If this is the only way to find it, it is quite cumbersome because I don't know by heart when my customers bought packages and sometimes I just want to quickly look up or edit something.
But anyway, maybe this could be made easier in the future, but in the meanwhile I will get my way through it :) Thank you!

Hello Amelia Team :)

Am I missing something??
Hello Phil,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I need clarification regarding your query.
Are you trying to search the purchased package on the "Appointments" page or on the "Finance" page?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,

hey Uros,
thanks for your reply. The answer is neither nor! I dont see a way to find the purchased packages under appointment.
The only way I find it is under ‘Services’ -> ‘Packages’. Then I have to choose the right service and enter the date when the purchase was bought.
Let me know if there is an other way to find them.
