We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
Just starting to learn the workings of Amelia as I set this up for a client.
Couple quick questions-
1) Every time I make adjustments to the style in Customize, or even change the label text of something, the default font styling on the front-end breaks. Please see attached.
2) I'm using the plugin for a gym. Trainers can book time in the gym, and bring a client they're going to train. The gym has a max capacity of 25 people, so if a trainer comes with a client, capacity becomes 23. For every hour booked, the trainer pays $25. Is there a way to default to 2 people (trainer and client) for each booking, without the trainer having to toggle the "bringing anyone with you" option as it's redundant here.
Thanks!
Matt
Hello Matt,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Im afraid that we didn't get what exactly is the issue for the first question, what is broken? We have looked at the picture but maybe the resolution is bas so we didnd see it. As for font you can change the font in Amelia/customize
As for the second question, the only other way that you can do that is if you create a service and offer group appointments. And you need to turn the option Allow booking below minimum capacity off in Amelia/settings/appointments. This whey when a trainer books an appointment they will book the time slot for both of them in one go.
Hope this helps.

Is there any way, through jQuery that I can force toggle on the "Bringing Anybody?" option?
Hello Matt,
You can not do that with JS, but we have a workaround for how can you achieve this. You will need to go set up two things.
First, you will need to set up Allow booking below minimum capacity to be off in Amelia/settings/appointments.
Second thing is that you will need to change service minimum capacity to be at least 2 in Amelia/services/edit service
But please note that when the first group of people books an appointment (regardless if is 2 people or 10 people), that time slot will be automatically unavailable for further booking.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
