In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have appointments every day until October 2022. I put a period of 270 days. I would like the next appointments, those that come after October and that will appear in the calendar, to have different times. Example: For the moment I have appointments every day from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and all my appointments are taken until October. I decide to change my hours for the future and I change the hours in Amélia's settings, I delete 2:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. and put 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. The problem is that the 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. slot opens today, but I want it to open only from October for the new days that will be available.

Thank you very much for the answer but I forgot to specify one thing. In fact, it's just the schedules for each Thursday that I want to modify from November 2022 until the end of 2023 and not every day. Is it possible ?

Unfortunately, it's not possible with plugin's built-in functions.
You can use a workaround here - create another Service with another Employee assigned, and configure him to have days off until November, so people won't be able to book this Service for the nearest months. So you'll have two Services: Service (booking until November) and Service (booking since November).
