Did you test it with only a test email? Im asking because it works with the test email and when the email is send immedidly. But when the email is send on a timer; like 1 hour before the meeting is starting; the fields are empy.
I tested on scheduled notifications and the problem did show up, you are using Amelia 4.1, so that's maybe the reason why that fields aren't being shown, please update to the latest version of Amelia 4.4.1 and let us know if the issue is fixed. I have attached an archive with the latest version of Amelia to this message.
Our developers reported that you did an awful lot of customization for this site, and they can't say if that caused this issue.
Could I ask you to install Amelia on a non-customized domain and test again, we can replicate the issue on your site, but we can't replicate it locally or on our dev or staging servers.
So, probably it's not coming from Amelia. Maybe it's a conflict with some other plugin, but we don't have access to the plugins in this customized back-end.
Moreover, we don't even provide support for customized plugins.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Hello there,
On the website we have the problem that scheduled notifications has empty custom fields. If we send the same message directly the fields aren't empy.
Do you know this is possible?
The emails will be send and everything is fine, but the custom fields are empty.

Dear Maarten,
You're welcome.
I can't replicate this issue, I sent a test email and the fields are not empty.
It could be a cache issue, clear your browser cache and cookies, and try it again.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
Have a great day!

I have updatet to the latest version, and still the fields are empty. Is this a common problem or i'm i the only one?
Greets
