If Employee already has events in the Outlook calendar marked as busy, those will not be available for booking in Amelia – this will prevent overbooking. Rescheduling, canceling, or deleting the appointment needs to be done in Amelia. If you reschedule the appointment in Outlook Calendar that will not reflect in Amelia, but if you reschedule the appointment in Amelia, it will be updated in Outlook Calendar as well.

Can you tell me if i can use Amelia integration with Outlook calendrier with 2way-sync ?
Amelia can send information to Outlook but if i change the appointment on outlook, Amelia isnt update :(
