Unfortunately it doesn't work. I'm trying to update to version 4.4 but I can't: in the Activation, I read this message: "Your purchase code has been hidden for security reasons. You can find it on your store page store.tms-plugins.com": I know my puchase code but I don't know what I have to do. I am afraid to change Activation options because I fear that the site will no longer work and customers will no longer be able to book. I don't know what does it means "Delete plugin tables" or "Load Entities on page load". How can I solve this problem?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

I'm unable to edit text in a service: it happened several times. In one case I had to delete the service and create it again.

For FTP access you need to reach out to your hosting provider, we need hosting address, username and password.
As for database we need either URL of C panel or access to PHPMyAdmin.
