Sorry for the late response. Our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times are longer than usual. Thank you for your patience!
Unfortunately, an employee is not able to add new customers as that can only be done by either the user with Admin or Manager role.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Can you please provide me with the credentials of the employee that has experienced the issue of the services not appearing in the service selection dropdown menu, so I can test it out after checks have been performed?
I can see that there is only one service displayed in the dropdown in the employee panel, but also, there is only one service assigned to that employee on the back-end, so it is displayed just as it was configured in the back-end.
Please assign more services to this employee and test it out on the employee panel.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
I have performed checks from the back-end and I can see that the user with the "[email protected]" email is also Amelia Manager and that could cause the conflict between the permissions. Can you please have this email only be connected to the Amelia employee user and test it out after that?
However, now I have the issue where the employee can not add her customers herself. Is it possible to give her the ability to add customers without giving her WP Administrator level access?
Unfortunately, there is no possibility for Amelia Employee to add the customers on their behalf, as it would need to be done by either Amelia Manager or Amelia Admin user.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Is it possible to have a user with both the Employee and Manager role? That way, they can use the Employee Panel and also add their customers in Amelia's admin "back end" dashboard if they need to?
We do not recommend adding multiple user roles of Amelia to a single user (Amelia Manager and Amelia Employee, for example). Roles have their own capabilities and if you combine them, the plugin will run into a conflict it can't resolve (a paradox, so to speak).
Hope this helps you.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Hello,
I'm having issues with the Amelia employee panel.
I recorded a screenshare video detailing the issues here: https://www.loom.com/share/b756863e480b4ac09997fd7bf26d47f3
I look forward to your response. Thank you!

What the heck 😂 It wasn't working for me before! Reiki wouldn't show every other time I looked at it.
It's the classic situation when the problem is solved when someone looks at it. 🤦♂️
This ticket is resolved (for now). You can go ahead and close it. haha

Ok. That solves the problem. Still, this is a feature you guys might want to consider in future updates.
That is all, sir. You can go ahead and close this ticket again. Have a nice day! :)
