In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello, I use Amelia plugin for my website https://kalimah-center.com/ my website is an online Educational website. I use packages to allow customers buy bunch of lessons instead of single lessons. I disabled the rescheduling option of lessons because it gives  the customer the ability to reschedule lessons to 30 days in advance (Days of booking in advance) regardless when the package expires. It just calculate the days in advance from today even If the date of package expiration is tomorrow.

    I can give an example; 

    Student (A) bought a monthly package of lessons at 3 Jan 2022. It should be available till 3 Feb 2022. At 20th of Jan 2022 the student tried to reschedule the lesson.  He found that he can put the lesson from today till 20 Feb 2022 without considering the Expiration date. This affects me badly as a monthly package can be used for up to 2 months. Please fix this as soon as possible. 

    Another thing I suffer from: 

    When a student books a package but he doesn't  choose all appointments at once he also finds that he can book 30 days in advance without considering the Expiration date of the package.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

    We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

    You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
