1) Most likely something is wrong with the settings of working hours, perhaps not enough capacity, check service duration, buffer time before and after, and working hours of your employee. If you are will be unable to find the mistake, then provide me please a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
2) Yes this feature is in development, but there is no ETA for it yet, please stay tuned for Amelia's updates.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.
The issue occurred because your WordPress site was set to a different time zone. Because Amelia has no time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. Your time zone was UTC 0, I changed it to UTC +1.
It's working fine on my side at the moment, please check it out:
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
You are welcome. I'm glad that now everything is working fine.
My apologies if I already asked this before, but may I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?
Can you, please, leave a review on the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.
If it's not too much of a trouble, an additional review on Capterra would be greatly appreciated!
It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.
Hi there,
I have a problem:
Store opening time is set at 10:00
Employee Opening time is also set at 10:00
But during scheduling an appointment by the customer, they can only choose appointments from 11:00. How come?
Mind you: even if dates has 0 appointments, it's not possible to select a service at 10:00.
PS: Are you guys going to create the option for customers to Pick 'N Choose (compile) their own package instead of offering pre-made packages?
Creative regards,
Shanice
