Hi,
My developer is telling me its impossible to have any spaces in my coaching booking service.
I mean i offer services from 9.30am-2pm which is off peak, this is a cheaper cost.
Then 2pm-9pm is on peak and is a higher cost.
I also want to be able to block out some times if i have a meeting or other things that come up and he has advised that isnt possible?
If that wasn't possible i would say the software isnt fit for purpose so i am sure it must be possible, please can someone help me.
An example could be people cant book in from 1pm-3pm as i have meetings, this means people cant book in during these times.
Hello Chris,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, there is no option to set different prices based on when the appointment is. You could create two services, one could be from 9.30 am-2 pm and the second one could be from 2 pm-9 pm and set different prices for those services.
If you want to set the custom hours that are blocked in the booking form, you could set special days in the employee settings:
Hope this works for you.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
