Multiple Appointments Clarification

    Hello!

I've seen multiple tickets asking the same question about being able to book multiple separate appointments at once. The following solution has been provided:

Packages of Services - it is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package.

But I am looking for additional clarification.

If a client doesn't know all of the services they want to book when the purchase the package, can they return and book these at a later date, after they have purchased the package?

I have a membership feebased fitness studio - they pay for a membership each month, then book classes up to x-amount. However, not all clients know which classes they want to take and when. Plus, others need to cancel their registration and book a different class/time.

    Hello Ashley,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Things that you can do with packages:

    • You can create a package of one service with multiple appointments in it and give a discount for purchasing a bundle that will be visible to the customers.
    • You can create a package of several different services to attract customers to purchase some other services together with the most purchased service.
    • You can give customers the option to purchase only a package without booking any appointments during the first purchase. They can book all services later from their customer’s panel.

You can find more information about packages here: https://wpamelia.com/packages/

Please watch our introducing video about Packages in Amelia:

Also, take a look at this video please, to see how the Packages look like on the Front-end Customers Panel:

Packages must be predetermined, at the moment it's not possible to provide your customers with the ability to book random packages.

We carefully follow our customers' requirements and we are constantly forwarding this to our developers, and we hope they'll include the logic you want soon.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there. We develop features and improve features based on the number of customer requests, so your vote can be beneficial to this being included sooner.

Maybe this can be achieved with WooCoomerce, but WooCoomerce is used only as a payment method in Amelia (booking data is transferred to WooCoomerce and settings should already be made there) and I won't be able to give you any instructions on how to do it in WooCommerce. It's all up to you, how you set it up.

    Thank you and stay safe.

    Kind Regards,
