I am selling a coaching program with Amelia. The program consists of 6 sessions which are grouped in one product. I am loosing a lot of customers during the booking process. The selection of fix dates for all six sessions can be a difficult task for the customers. Therefore a lot of customers abandon the process during the booking.
Is there a way to let my customers purchase the service first and book dates afterwards? That way it would allow my customers to select dates more flexibly. I would loose a lot less customers due to a lenghty and inflexible booking process.

We are very so to hear that, but unfortunately booking steps cant be altered when they book they need to select a date and time.
Unless you offered them packages. When you create a package you can set the Minimum bookings required and the Maximum bookings required option is zero and in that way, the process is shortened significantly.
They can just click on a package, continue, confirm and that is it.
