I have changed the prices in Amelia for each service, but on the website appointments page it displays the old prices and when making the appointment it uses the old prices.
I have purged the host cache but still not updating prices.
The correct price is shown in each service in the Amelia services backend.
Please help , people are booking at the old prices

I have checked the back-end and have seen that you had edited the price of the service but the booking form still shows the old service price. It could be a cache issue. Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.
Hope this works for you, please provide us with an update after you test it out.
I deactivated , cleared the cache, reactivated and cleared the cache but prices didn't update.
I did however get the prices updated eventually. I had to change the price of each service and apply to all employees, then change the price back and apply to all employees to get it updated.
Its resolved but in an odd way.
Glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
The same happened to me, what I simply did was to duplicate the services with the new price, the duplicated service had the new price and I deleted the former service that was having issue updating. works like a charm and is less stressful than any other method.

Can you please create a separate ticket for this issue and we will assist you with it?
