    Hi,

I'm trying to finish the setup of Amelia and I'm struggling to figure out how to customize the time slots for each appointment. Currently, my time slots are set to start at 4:30am. My working hours are from 9am-6pm. I can't get these options to show. How do I go about changing the time slots? Also, how do I ensure that I receive a text notification each time someone books an appointment? These things aren't obvious to find. I've googled and looked for videos on Youtube and can't find the answers.

    Regards,

    Rita Peace

Could you please provide us with more information and screenshots/video displaying your issue? I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean, but try to check out this article, maybe it helps:

    Hi Elena,

I've attached a screenshot to this message. In the screenshot, the service selected is "Testing" and the date chosen is January 22nd. The time slots available start at 4:30am-4:40am. This is too early. How do I change the time slots to start at 9am-6pm?

    Hi Shana

    Please check up, if:

    1) The Work Hours of the Employees assigned to this Service is correct and start from 9:00 AM.

    2) There's no Special Days for these Employees, configured to early hours.

    3) Your timezone settings are correct (please check the article I attached to the previous message).

If everything is OK, but the issue is still there, it could be a cache issue.

Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.

Let us know please if it helps
