1. How do I change "Appointment Date" to "Pick a Date" on the left side panel of the Amelia Search View? And add a custom field with additional text?
2. I changed the Label Settings from Services to Classes and Employee to Facilitator. Only the Facilitator changed. It still says "Services". Is there another way to change this?
3. I would like to display the description of the service as a drop down like in your yoga demo. I placed content into the description but don't see it on the front-end. How do I get this feature to work?

The only available customization is available in Amelia > Customize. Amelia Search View is not yet included in the Customize section, but it should be at some point in the future.
Displaying the services like in our demo requires a custom CSS, which is not included into the plugin support work. We can recommend this service for customization:
