Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

This may be an issue with the cache and that is why the changes are not being reflected in the front-end.

Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies.

Thank you for clearing that up.

The thing that caused this type of issue is that none of the services of the "Individual sessions" category is assigned to the employee in the work hours settings.

Can you please add the services from the "Individual sessions" category to the employee's working hours and test it out if the booking form is displayed on the front end?
