We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
I have read the documentation about how to configure the special days and I have tested it and there is something I dont get.
When the special days is activated it overwrite the calendar of the employee, but you only can configure period of days and the services the employee can do on that sepcial day/s.
when we configure normal services, we can do in one month, that mondays, thursdays and saturdays service A is available from 9 to 5pm.
If in summer (july and march) this services changes days and hours (tuesdays and sundays from 10 to 12pm), in the special days tab do I need to go day by day in the calendar?
It doesnt work as the normal schedule?
And if in the same day on a special day, one service change and another doesnt, on the special day tab it must be set both services, right? Because the special day overwrite everything on that period of time, right?
Hello Clara,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Yes, you are right when you create special days day overwrite other day settings. But you do not need to select one special day at a time, when you click on one day let's say 19 January you can move the mouse left and right and you will see that the blue line is "following" you. That is a date range for your special days that you choose similar to do picture
After that you just save and save and that is it, also there you can choose which services will be available for that days.
Hope this helps.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko
Yes, i know i can select a period of time, but if not all services are available every day but twice a week (lets say service A monday and thursdays and service B tuesday and friday) and in summer for july the days change for both services, I have to go day by day on the special days tab assigning the services, right?
On the special days you can not bulk edit days, for example service A is now available only all wednesdays of july. That is what I mean that cannot be done at least you do it day by day.
I have clients with schedule much more complex on summer and I haven't find an easier way to set it than going day by day.
Thanks
Hello Clara,
Yes, you can edit special days but you need to do it one by one unfortunatelly.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
Kind Regards,
