I understand the option for opening times of a company ;-)
But sometimes we just need to make an appointment outside the opening hours.
Situation: Clients can never make an appointment outside the opening times.
Staff: Always respect the opening times but if needed it should be possible to book outside the normal opening hours.
Is this possible or not? Always respect the Gmail calendar to avoid double appointments.
Is it possible that an employ can easily add an appointment for herself in her free time if she agrees with it? (Now I must change opening hours for that day, add this also for the employee and then you can make the reservation. Afterward close the periode again.

Only admin can be allowed to create appointments outside of working hours. That permission is granted by enabling the "Allow admin to book appointment at any time" option in the Role settings of Amelia.
