My custom notification for an event that is recurring is only letting me select the first event in the recurring series. No other instances show up. Will this notification still show up for all recurring events?

Yes, the notifications will be set for all recurring events as customers book spots for those separately and they receive the same notification if they book any of them (The only difference being the date of the event).
