If you need invoices, the only way is to use WooCommerce as a payment method in Amelia Settings, and install some WooCommerce Invoices add-on. Payment and Invoice creation is then handed over to WooCommerce.

Is Woocommerce absolutely neccessary for invoices for online payments?
Is that the only advantage of using Woocommerce? We will use Mollie for online payments, and we do not need other gateways that Mollie doesn't offer.
