You can use the following shortcode to show a specific service with the specific location:

You could also filter out the package and location display at the same time:

[ameliabooking show=packages location=1] 

Please note that the package-specific shortcode can only be used with [ameliacatalog], not [ameliabooking] shortcodes. Here is the example: [ameliacatalog package=1].
