Unable to enter multiple company email addresses for notifications to be sent to.  Field for entering the addresses is an empty drop down.   When the arrow is clicked, the word "Create" appears and there is no way to enter anything in.  I also need to be able to send appointment scheduled text messages to multiple company phones but I don't know how to do that either.  I've attached a screen shot of where I was trying to enter multiple email addresses.

    Hello Steven,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,

    Stanislav Snagovskiy

    Hi Stanislav,

After I started the ticket, I updated to the latest version of Amelia and was then able to add additional email addresses.  However, I was not able to add additional phone numbers for text messaging.  That field is now acting exactly like the email field was before.  I try to type in a new phone number, hit enter and it doesn't take it.  One other thing...when you export customer information to a CSV file, is there any way to include the custom fields in that export?  Thanks.  And for your information, I really like your plugin!  Good Job!

    Dear Steve,

    You're welcome.

I really appreciate that you like Amelia!

    1) Could you provide me with more information, screenshots regarding this problem? So I can reproduce this issue and help you.

    2) Custom Fields on their own should be exported in a separate column like this:

    2639667076.png

However, for one person, I'm afraid that all Custom Fields (when there are more than one) will go into this same column.

I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

The column was made as a single one to make the export easier and not data cluttered; however, this can be inconvenient when there are multiple fields in question.

May I ask you for a small favor if you don’t mind?

Can you, please, leave a review on the Lite version of Amelia if you have an account at wordpress.org and have a couple of minutes? No need to write any specific text.

If it's not too much of a trouble, an additional review on Capterra would be greatly appreciated!

It’d mean a lot to us, and as a token of our appreciation, we would like to offer you a $10 credit for SMS notifications.

    Thanks in advance.

    Kind Regards,
