My client has about 60/80 appointments every day, so he has to make a printout for verification (export in csv), how can we distinguish the appointments made by employee from those already paid by the client with external booking?
This is used to ask for payment of those who have not yet paid and a quick paper verification is needed
You can set up the default status of your appointment (Amelia > Settings > General Settings) to be pending and you need to check if the purchase was made and then you can change it to approved, this will show up in the CSV import, if the appointment has an approved status then it is paid, if pending, then it is not.

Please check the last Amelia Update Version 4.4 (18.01.2022) in the attachment of this message.
It has an improvement I suppose will fit your needs: Added Payment Method and Payment Status info to the Export Appointments option.
If you activated the purchase code in Amelia Settings/Activation, the update should be offered in the Plugins section. On some WordPress installations, you need to deactivate the plugin first in order to see the update offered, so please try that.
If that doesn't work, try going through Dashboard/Updates. See if you can update the plugin through there, and if that doesn't work either, you can follow the manual update procedures in the article linked below:
