My client "Amelia" needs to book on behalf of her "senior" client who doesn't use the internet ... so she needs to be able to create a package for her client
Unfortunately, there is no option to purchase a package from the back-end on behalf of the customer as employees can only book appointments from the back-end.
The only solution would be to buy a package from the front-end on behalf of that customer that does not use the internet.

Which bulleting board are you referring to?
That is the default behavior of the plugin, only customers can purchase the packages and not the employees.
