This page links to a MySQL table. I am slowly adding records to MySQL. At first, the dropdown filters worked great. Then they just stopped working when there was approximately 2,000 records (I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it). Not even the general "Search" box works. I turned everything off and on, and turned off all of the filtering except the search box, and everything I try yields no records found.
I see you replaced selectbox (dropdown) filters with check-boxes to avoid this issue, but we'd like to get to the bottom of this issue.
If it was coming from the query (it can happen that filters don't work if the query is more complex than SELECT * FROM table) it would not have worked at all.
Can you please duplicate this table, enable selectbox filters, and add the table to a page that can't be navigated to through your website's buttons and menus, and send that page to us, so we can take a look?
It would also be great if you could can you clone your website?
If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files that you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
The Duplicator plugin can export only up to 500MB of data, so if your site is bigger than that, please use the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.
Also, this is a public ticket, so if you're sending me credentials or the duplicator files, please make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.

Additional info: When I do a filter, such as by Breed, it shows 0 records but the small text below the grid says "showing 1 to 18 of 18 entries"
