We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

So we are using woocommerce for invoices since amelia doesn't provide it, however we want to make the process easier, since you have to fill in double information when checking out. Woocommerce automatically takes the basic information from amelia, things like name, lastname, phone number and email. However we need more on the voices from woo.

    We need the following fields:

    Street, number, city, postalcode

And the following custom fields: BSN. Verzekering, geboortedatum.

Is there any way for woo to take those inputs too besides the standard options? it would make it way easier for people to checkout.

    Hello Ruben,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is the default description of WooCommerce's cart.

Here's how this can be overridden. Go to Amelia Settings/Payments, and scroll down and open "MetaData and Description". There, you can configure the description that will show up in the cart (otherwise it uses the default cart description that you see):

When you add it like this (it currently has to be in HTML Mode, because we have a bug with the test mode, but it will be fixed for the next update), the cart shows this:

It can be modified per Appointment, Package, and Event. The example shown above is for Events only.

    I hope it helps.

If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.

    Have a nice day!

    Kind Regards,
