It is only possible to send invoices automatically if you use our integration with WooCommerce and set taxes and invoices for each product, as Amelia itself does not have this particular feature.

I just integrated woocommerce and am not seeing that Amelia sends the "remaining balance" after client pays the deposit. For example, in their woocommerce receipt it does not show that they have a remaining balance. What am I missing?
If they pay a deposit only it does not display the remaining amount on the woocommerce receipt. HOw do I use woocommerce as you said to "send invoices automatically if you use our integration with WooCommerce and set taxes and invoices for each product, " if the invoices woocommerce sends out does not display the remaining amount he customer still owes me? I see nothing on the backend of woocmmerce that indicates that a client has an outstanding balance to be paid.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

There is, unfortunately, no option to send the remaining amount that needs to be paid when the deposit is paid in the WooCommerce invoice. The rest will be paid on-site.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

Is there any way for it to be displayed within the woocommerce plugin in the order as it only shows the deposit an no indication that there is an outstanding balance?
Apologies, I don't think I was very clear in my last post.
Is there any way in the WooCommerce orders section it can show the amount remaining. It shows a partial payment in the Amelia screen but can this information be passed onto WooCommerce and noted on that side. A manual invoice can then be sent.
How can customers view our handle outstanding balances if they onl made a deposit? Is there a way to bill from paypal or woocommerce within amelia?
Thanks!
-Justin

Hi there,
Was there any update on this please as I have been following this post and have this issue too.
Many thanks,

Hello Richard,
Unfortunately, there is currently no workaround for sending invoices with the remainder of the money that needs to be paid by the customer is shown.
This may be added in the future if there are enough suggestions for this feature to be added but at the moment it is not possible.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
