Within the global settings and the employee's work hours, everything should be set for 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday - Friday. However, that is not displayed on the calendar. Instead, all time slots from midnight to midnight Sunday - Saturday are displayed. And I have no idea why it is doing this. Please help. Thanks!
i have the same issue
any update on this issue
Thanks
Same issue here.
Hi guys
i fixed it
the problem is because we are trying to make a booking as admins
and admins can book any time slot according to the option we enabled in the role settings
go to Amelia -> Settings -> Role Settings -> Admin
and toggle off the option
good luck guys :)
thank you so much! Feel a bit stupid...
Hello to everyone, and good work Mohammad.
This is our new option that has been added and it is a common question do not worry.
When you test booking an appointment you should test from the incognito window because if your option "Allow admin to book an appointment at any time" in Amelia/settings/role settings/admin is turned on you can see appointments and busy slot available 24/7.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]
