I was testing the event booking, and noticed that the email sent to client has not link in it (already put the placeholders in) but I saw no zoom integration option under the event.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Once you successfully integrate Zoom with Amelia, you should connect the employee to the zooming user:
After you connect the employee to the Zoom user, you will be able to add the Zoom user to the Add Event modal.

This was already done, but still .. not zoom integration option available under the event. The zoom link was not generated !!!
