When I want to add an appointment from the backoffice, I select the category and I can see the SERVICEs of the selected CATEGORY in black color. The other services are in grey.

Requirements: Instead of keeping these other services in grey, could you remove these services from the dropdown list when this service is not into the selected category?
Item 2 - Backoffice Access
We use the backoffice from a TABLET and also from a DESKTOP. And we use the same AMELIA MANAGER access fot the 2 devices. So, sometimes when I take an appointment from the DESKTOP, when I go to the TABLET I do not see the appointment. I need to make a F5 refresh of the page.
Is there a risk to make an error with this configuration ? Do you recommand to use one AMELIA MANAGER access for each device ? I mean an AMELIA manager username for the TABLET and another one for the DESKTOP.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

In regards to the second question. If you experienced such an issue, you should use one manager account per device and you should have no trouble after that.

Our developers have been extremely busy for the last couple of months working on a new booking form and as soon as the new form is released, the minor changes to the plugin will be applied.

I think that there is no doubt about the fact it is a bug "do not hide services outside the selected category".
For our employees who take appointments by phone, it is a big friction because they take a lot of time to find the right service with the customer on the phone because the drop-down list is not readable with all these services in grey and not hidden.

As you know, we develop features and modify existing ones based on the popularity of the requests, so the more votes a feature suggestion has on our Feature Suggestions page, the sooner will it be implemented.
I can't recall that I saw this (or a similar) request before, so it's not high on our developers' "To Do" list.
I can promise you that I'll remind them again, and ask them to push it up a bit, but I cannot say if this is a small task or if will it require changing the logic Amelia uses to fetch the data from the database (I assume it's not as easy as it may seem, but I can't guarantee that).
