- The employee booking an appointment cannot book to a certain category although he has services in that category. So for example, I have bookings directly from the form in my site that are category A and then I have manual bookings that the employee does in the backend from category B. I need that when the employee does the manual booking he can only book category B services.
- I need to know what employee has done the booking, so that I can differentiate if the booking was done on site or on the backend.
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, there is no such feature built-in. There is no difference in the back end between appointments.
What you can do is to create the same service with a similar name for example consultation 1 and consultation 2, and let only one service to be shown on the site.
In this case, you will know what appointments were made in back end and what appointments were booked from the front end.
Hope this helps.

Is this possible?
Thanks in advance,

Hi Marko,
Thanks for the quick reply.
Unfortunately, this doesn't work for me. This is actually how I have the system working right now.
The problem is that some employees forget to change from category A (front end booking) to category B (back end booking) when they do the booking...
Is there anyway they can't see some of the categories?
Thanks,
João
