To cancel the appointment your clients need to either click a link in the email notification or go to their customer panel and cancel the appointment. Simply remove the cancellation link or disable the customer panel option from Amelia - Settings - Roles Settings, however, you cannot disable the cancellation option within the panel.
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Why we can't disable the "cancel button" in the front end customer page ? It dont make the refund automatic so that's a real problem, the cancelation should be optionnal for the company that want to keep this in control.
Plus, some customers might accidentally cancel their appointment, it can make more works for the company.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers' requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on the plugin side in the future.
Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.
After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
But we can recommend this service for customization:
Hello, I would like to know if you have somehow solved the proposed problem. I would like to leave the customer free to change the date of the appointment but not cancel the entire order. Thank you
In order to don't create a mess, if someone still needs help from our support team, please create new private ticket with your own issue, and we'll help you there, this ticket will be closed.
Hi,
On customer front panel, customer can cancel purchase. (red button on screenshot)
How to remove that ? I don't want that my customer can cancel their purchase or their appointments by the front panel.
Regards.

How do you suggest to deal with that ?
Yes I agree.
In my terms, cancellation should be asked by email at least 24h before the appointment.
With that system, it's impossible and customer can cancel at any time...
I thought about remove the bouton but there is not any specific class for that button ! Adding a class would be very fast development.
