I have a client who operates in time ranges for his business. I was able to get the time slots to display on the calendar for booking but when going to confirm the "Local Time" only shows the beginning time. Is there away to have the time range displayed instead and possibly change the label from Local Time to something else?
Hello Ryan,
Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what exactly is the issue. Can you please write to us and explain in a little more detail, and also can you provide us a couple of screenshots so that we have a better understanding of the issue.
Thank you and we look forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

I appreciate your help. I've attached a screenshot highlighting what I'm referring to with the Local Time label. It shows up on the confirmation screen after choosing a date and time slot in the calendar picker.
I was wondering if there was a way to change that label to something custom like "Pick Up Time Range" and have not just the start time but the end time shown as well. I see there is a Labels section in the general settings with a couple of options to rename things. And I also like how in the email template you can put the start and end time placeholders.
If it's not possible currently, perhaps in a future update?
Hello Ryan,
Thank you for that screenshot. Yes you can change the label of that field in Amelia/customize
As for adding the end time currently, there is no such feature built-in.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
If you have any more questions please feel free to open another ticket.
Kind Regards,
