Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Amelia uses "JS hook" that is triggered when the "Confirm booking form" opens and that is where the "TotalPrice" can be found. We are not planning on changing the JS structure but you could use the following scripts for:

Service Booking:

Can you please send the following scripts to the MyCred team as our developer just used console.log to display the price in the console, and they need to apply the logic to not allow the booking to be made if there are no MyCred points.

Here is an update.

As our team is not the one that developed the integration with MyCred, but they developed the integration with Amelia. Currently, our developers are not working on this integration but only communicating with the MyCred team when they are making some changes.

Not yet, but our developers are working on that. Hopefully, we'll include developers' documentation soon, so you'll be able to do a lot more with them.

I honestly can't say. I hope it will be included by the end of September, but I can't promise that. We're working on new features, updates, improvements, and new integrations, and even though we have plans for upcoming updates, there's no telling what new conflict, or a bug will emerge that will cause a delay.
