Hello, I have 2 problems: 1)My students seem to be unable to book their appointments unless I create a preexisting appointment for someone else
For example:
Let's say that a service called "lesson 1" is scheduled for every Thursday at 19:00
and that some customers have trouble booking so I need to do it for them
If I create an appointment for the 13th 20th and 27th of September with some names in it
the other customers seem to be able to book only those 3 days the calendar won't let them book the 3rd of February, for instance.
I think I correctly entered all the parameters needed if not, the booking system would tell me that the time for the service doesn't match the availability set with the employee time.
What am I doing wrong?
2) Sometimes after I create an appointment it creates a double at 00:14 (or some strange time) and I can't locate it anywhere in order to delete it
Сould you provide me with some screenshots, regarding this issue. So I will be able to replicate it and help you.
Perhaps these events may be blocked in your Google or Outlook calendar, so Amelia doesn't allow your customers to book them from the frontend, please check it out.
