We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, I'm trying to customize the fields in search view, i change every other type trying to do so, but just in this type of vie doesn't work, any suggestions?
Also, i check the option to take the international code number for the phone from the IP and doesn't work neither.
Also in the Booking Service, view doesn't show the option to invite more people... The service allows between 1 and 21 persons

1) It could be a cache issue. Please deactivate Amelia, clear cache, activate Amelia, clear cache again. You can clear cache with the plugin "W3 Total Cache" or any other, also clear your browser cache and cookies. Let us know please if it helps
2) Did you activated Show "Bringing anyone with you" option in Amelia > Services > Edit Service?
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.
