I just purchased WPdataTable plugin, and was able to build the 1st table, I tried to install the ad-on
Forminator Forms integration for wpDataTables
then tried to add another table, each time I tried to create a new table the website stuck at the second step in the building process , I deactivate the add-on and the main plugin is working normal.
I feel you have an issue in your add-on

Do you have the Forminator plugin installed?
The wpDataTables integration with Forminator is an add-on that requires both Forminator and wpDataTables installed in order to work.
If this doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
