We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
When you click on the button to download the excel file, a file with only the data from the first page is downloaded, but the other files are not downloaded.
I also have an error, when placing the scroll option not all the columns are the full width, the letters are overlapped in the cell.
Hello Juan David
Thank you for your purchase.
This is a known behavior, and it's been mentioned in our documentation:
For tables with server-side processing, only the visible rows will be exported to any format. If you want the entire table to be exported (or copied to a clipboard), you need to choose the “Show All” feature in the “show … entries” block, and then do the export.
This is not recommended for tables with more than 2.000 - 3.000 rows because the table may break when you display all rows.
As for the text wrap, can you please send me the URL where I can see this behavior?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

No hay forma de que colecte todos los datos, sin tener que mostrar toda la tabla?
There is no way to collect all the data, without having to display the entire table?
Aunque el scroll esta activado, el ancho responsive no funciona.
Although the scroll is activated, the responsive width does not work.
Hi again Juan
The only way you can export the entire table would be to purchase the Report Builder add-on. It will allow you to create Excel and Word templates and export the entire table.
Horizontally scrollable tables extend the width of all columns to their full width, so if the table fits in the container, and all columns' width fits in there, you will see the scroll bar, but it will be disabled, since it doesn't yet exceed the length of the container. I can also see in your screenshot, that you have enabled the Responsiveness feature, and that some columns are hidden below the first column, so that narrowed the table further, making it fit in the container.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
