    Hello!
We investigated your great plugin 'Amelia' and are quite fond of it.
There is just one thing left, that is not clear to us:
How can we create recurring events with attendees being added automatically to all dates?
Thank you very much in advance for your fast response!
    Kind regards,
    Gerald

    Hi Gerald

Thank you for reaching out to us and for the nice feedbacksmile.png

You need a Multi-Day Event instead of a Recurring Event here.

Please check out our article about them both to see the difference: Recurring VS multi-day events

If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.

Thank you very much, Elena, for that valuable hint - it helps us a lot in deciding to buy your great plugin!

    One last thing:
How can we create a Multi-Day Event with certain attendees and afterwards delete/add attendees on single (future) dates of this event?
And how can attendees cancel/book a single (future) date of that Multi-Day Event?

    Hello Gerald

You can add Customer Front-End Panel to your site to allow your customers manage their Appointments and/or Events. You can find the documentation here.

There's also the Employee Panel for Employees to manage their Appointments/Events.

Also you can delet/add attendees to the Event from the backend at the Amelia > Events page.

But I'm afraid, for Multi-Day Event you cannot cancel a single day, just the whole Event for a person.

If you have any more issues or questions feel free to ask, we will gladly help.

    Hi again!

    Thank you for your explanations.
We already know that functionalities very good from your demo.

What would be necessary to add an option to your plugin for adding attendees to every date of recurring events?

    Kind regards,
    Gerald

    Hi Gerald

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

Please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page, and see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and it will be forwarded to our management for review.

After it's been reviewed it will be presented on the front page, for voting. Please note that it may take some time before your suggestion is brought up for voting since we receive quite a lot of suggestions on daily basis.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Elena,

    thank you for your information.

Unfortunately this really is a bit disappointing.
But I'd be willing to contribute to improving your extension.
How can I access the source code to make sure, the implementation of that feature can be done with reasonable time?
Buying a license just for code evaluation would be much to expensive.
Could you, please, give me a 30 days test license to be able to make the evaluation?
As I mentioned - I would love to contribute the code enhancement to development of your great extension.

    Kind regards,
    Gerald

    Hi Gerald

Currently we don't provide the source code. It will be included in the Developer license in a few months. We don't have a free trial, but if you need 30 days of refund period, we can extend that.

You can download the Lite version of Amelia from this link, and you'll be able to get the package.json from there.
Its source code is not the same as the source code of the full version of Amelia, so when you unpack it, you will be able to modify it. Again, I must state that I can't send you the source code for the full plugin, due to the policy of TMS, but if you are willing to sign an NDA in exchange for the full source code, we can do that.

    Best Regards.

Thank you very much for solution suggestions.
As we found another plugin as a compromize, we do not have to go deeper into your plugin for now.
But if you will add an option to your plugin for adding attendees to every date of recurring events, we could evaluate your plugin again.
By the way: My feature request for that additional option has not been published, yet. Why?
    Kind regards, Gerald
