Hello there,
I have a few questions on functionality please:
1. Is it possible to change the predefined date range that is by default one week, to be a full month i.e. all of January?
2. We are only using the events feature with the plugin at the moment, does any of this data pull through into the Dashboard? It seems like the dashboard is excluding any event information?
3. Is it possible to run a report or similar? I would like to set up an email or something that gets sent once a week as a weekly review of all the event bookings or new clients? Can i do this? My reasoning is in case an individual email about an event booking gets missed, then there is at least the weekly email/report showing all new event bookings.

Thank you for purchasing our product, and for reaching out to us.
When you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, please open a new ticket, and we will help you there. In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in separate tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

1. Where do you want to change the date range?
in the booking you can see the full month
While in the calendar in the back end you need to click on the "month" to be able to see a full month
If you mean on the dashboard you have to select the desired range
2. The only way you can see event information on the revenue - view finance - event
That is because the event has it own section tight bellow dashboard. There you can see all the information about the event in Amelia/event
3. Currently, there is no such feature built-in where you can inform customersabout all new events on your site.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
