We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    On the page I have included, I have 2 problems.

    1. I am able to process a single session, an event, but not the packages. I am not sure why this is happening when the other 2 things on the page work. 

    My problem solving:

    a. Stripe Keys are good - it works for the single session and the events.

    b. Checked to make sure each package's settings have Stripe turned on (same as the single appointments

    c. Used the same card for both the single session (appointment) and package of appointments.

    Amelia version: 4.3.1, Wordpress 5.8.3 and PHP 7.3

    #2 - The customization for the booking form that I did in the settings is not working as it is supposed to. I have tried to do some CSS to correct it, but it isn't working. Try the packages and keep an eye on the buttons, the text and on hover - there is no css in this element and the other elements have been given a specific id.
