Goal is: setting up a service that is bookable by multiple parties (e.g. capacity of 20 people). But, there should be a certain minimum capacity (not per booking but per appointment). E.g. booking starts a couple weeks before, then shortly before the appointment, if only 9 people have booked, the appointment will be cancelled for every customer.
clarifying: goal is that the appointment (or event for that matter) is cancelled automatically, if a certain minimum capacity is not reached until 1 day before the appointment.
