We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
I would like to know if Amelia is compatible with some multilanguage plugin such as WPML or Translatepress.
I need to create a website with 3 languages and Amelia and I would like to know if it is possible and witch is the best multilanguage plugin for Amelia.
I haven't seen any documentation in the your website: Docs > Integrations. That's why I am opening this ticket. If there is any public documentation in how to make a proper translation of en event, please tell me.
I want to translate an event or booking service, not the Amelia plugin itself. I've already done this editing PO files.
Thanks a lot!
Arnau
Hello Arnau,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, we do not have integration with any multilingual plugin.
If you use WPML or any other multilanguage function for your site, when a language is changed on that page where Amelia is, she will accordingly show the translation for the chosen language.
You just need to setup your pages to be multilingual - you don't have to use WPML it's just a suggestion as it's most used.
Here you can find information about Multilingual Support in Amelia: https://wpamelia.com/multilingual-support/.
And please check out this article: Using Multiple Languages in Amelia
If you need some further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Have a nice day!
Kind Regards,
Stanislav Snagovskiy
