- It is possible this is happening due to some conflict with a particular WP theme.

Could you try to explain In more detail how we could replicate this issue on your website; (best if you could record a video of it);

- Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way for us to reproduce this issue and find the root cause. 

We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties. 

You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Our devs advise this issue could be related to a possible conflict with some CSS styles of the theme you are currently using on the WordPress side.

Could you please try to change to one of the WP default themes, such as "Twenty Twenty", so that we can rule that out,

and take another look if the same issue still happening when you add a new column?

- Just as you described, for existing columns we can not reproduce the issue; but we are also not able to add columns from our end, because this is SQL-based, and we don't have access to your database.

- We need to reproduce the issue on our end so that we can isolate the issue for you.

Until we do that, we can not identify the exact issue and confirm that it might be a bug.

Could you possibly make access for us to your database? If you get us temporary access to that, then we will need WP-Admin credentials again.

If not, you could record a video showing the details of how and at what moment this happens? And you can make the reply private, just to be safe, in case you send us credentials again.
