In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Add a custom field to booking form on all Events

    Hey there

    Is it possible to a custom field in booking form of all events.

    Currently when I add ne field and select all events .

    It add field to only all events but on current events but not the one that will be created in future


    What I was planning to do it have the amount paid data in attendees export list.

    Since currently that info is not available, I was thinking about temporary solution to add hidden custom field  in booking form and then using javascript add amount paid to it .

    Though I have not tried the javascript code yet but first step is to be able to add the custom field too all the event

    Can you please help get a fix for it please?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, there's no built-in way to add custom fields to new events automatically. Custom fields are optional, that's why they're not automatically assigned to new events and services, but it is on our "to-do list" and it will be added sometimes in the future. For now, you need to manually add the custom form field for every event.
