When trying to recover password, the link doesnt give the option to set new password, but sends customer direct to login page. How can I fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to us.
When a Customer clicks on the "Forgot Password" button, he receives a Customer Panel Access notification with a token that he can use for logging in without a password. Then, being logged in to his Customer panel profile, he can change the password in the profile (there is no other page for that).
So, please make sure that the customer Panel access notification is enabled. Also, that can be that this token is not being created since you didn't place the Customer panel on a separate page.
Please note that you should test the Customer panel under a test Customer with a unique email address, in incognito mode (otherwise token won't work properly).
