In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I had some questions please. I am currently spec'ing out a website for a massage business and had some questions which I could not find on your website.
We are still very interested in your plugin regardless, so if you don't have the solution within your plugin, can you suggest some that would be compatible until you incorporate them in the future please? We are basically set on our payment provider being Square, due to the low fees and good hardware.
Features I could not find, but we require are:
1) Can we integrate wpamelia via woocommerce with square? https://squareup.com/gb/en/app-marketplace/app/woocommerce
(my reason for asking is due to the additional question/ plugin needs, below)...
2) Do you have an automated loyalty scheme that links to customer profile, like SquareUp, or is there something similar you can recommend? https://squareup.com/gb/en/software/loyalty
2) I don't think you have this right now, so can you recommend a plugin for gift cards; virtual or physical, or can we integrate with SquareUp? E.g. https://squareup.com/gb/en/gift-cards
3) Do you integrate with "Reserve with Google" (RwG), (I think you do), but can you do pre-payment on RwG with your integration? It is allowed in the RwG terms, (I believe), providing you have the appropriate listed policies.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
1) Amelia has integration with WooCoomerce, but not via SquareUp, only as a payment method, which means that all payment-related functions will be given to WooCommerce, and further settings of payment methods should be done in WooCommerce, not in Amelia. 2) No, but we have integration with MyCred Plugin https://wpamelia.com/mycred-integration-for-amelia-booking/.
3) As I mentioned before, unfortunately, we don't have integration with SquareUp, maybe MyCred will fit your needs, please check it out: https://wordpress.org/plugins/mycred/, check the Integration section in our documentation to see the list of all available integrations in Amelia as well, please.
4) I'm afraid that integration isn't a planned feature yet. I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
