We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
The league managers wish to export all of the players registered as a spreadsheet, but they are only allowed to export what is displayed on the page. Here is the problem - when I activate the "Show x entries dropdown", it is not responsive on the page; nothing is displayed for a dropdown to change the number of entries showing.
When I go to the backend and edit the "Default rows per page" to show all, only 100 or less will display. I have left it at show 100 by default for now, but they may have thousands of entries to export and would rather have an "Export All" function for the spreadsheet.
Hi, Tom Grimes
Thank you for your purchase.
1.
The issue that seems to be happening with the dropdown most probably is related to a possible Bootstrap conflict.
Can you please disable the " include full bootstrap front-end", as shown on this screenshot here; it is in the "Main Settings" tab on the wpDataTables plugin setting on your WP Admin Dashboard, and uncheck this box.
- Let's see if that resolves it; if not, contact us further, please.
2.
If a table is set to show a large number of rows at any moment, for example, more than 2.000 - 3.000, the page is going to become much slower, and even crash at some point.
May I suggest if you can take a look at our Report Builder add-on, it might be useful for this situation?
